Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming (hot) client calls and note down key details accurately.
- Enter lead and client information into internal tracking sheets or CRM.
- Support the sales team by sharing timely updates and assisting with follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure proper documentation and status tracking.
- Perform basic administrative tasks to support the sales workflow.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with clients during initial interactions.
- Share collected information with the concerned team members for further action.
- Identify new business opportunities in nearby areas
- Conduct site visits and assist in client discussion when required
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in marketing , Business Administration , or related field.
- 3-4 years Experience required
- Good understanding of customer handling and sales techniques
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Willingness to learn and assist in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle client calls confidently.
- Willingness to travel for client meeting and site visits
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
