otel General Manager
*Core Responsibilities*
*1. Operations & Guest Experience*
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, security
- Set service standards + handle VIP/complaint escalations
- Ensure brand standards are met daily
- Walk the property, do room checks, interact with guests
*2. Finance & Business*
- Own the P&L: revenue, costs, profit targets
- Make annual budget + forecast occupancy/ADR/RevPAR
- Control costs: labor, F&B waste, utilities, maintenance
- Approve major purchases + negotiate with vendors
*3. Team Leadership*
- Hire, train, appraise HODs: Front Office Mgr, F&B Mgr, Housekeeping Mgr, Chief Engineer, Sales Mgr
- Build work schedules, handle staffing issues
- Create hotel culture, motivation, discipline
*4. Sales & Marketing*
- Work with sales team on corporate contracts, weddings, events
- Manage OTA relations: http://Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Expedia
- Local marketing, tie-ups, reputation management on TripAdvisor/Google
*Key Skills Needed*
1. *Operations brain* - Can jump into any dept when short-staffed
2. *Numbers sense* - Read P&L, forecast, control costs
3. *People skills* - Lead team + handle angry guests
4. *Sales mindset* - Fill rooms even in low season
5. *Problem solver* - AC fails at 2am? Power cut? GM fixes it
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
