Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support our compliance consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-accuracy data entry, preparing compliance reports for textile audits (SEDEX, GOTS, BSCI, etc.), and managing office documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating company databases and IEC (Import Export Code) records.
- Documentation: Drafting official letters, compliance policies, and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) in English and Tamil.
- Audit Support: Organizing training manuals and employee records (ESIC/EPF) for social and environmental audits.
- Reporting: Creating and maintaining complex tracking sheets in Microsoft Excel to monitor export alerts and certification statuses.
- Typing: Rapid and accurate typing of reports and meeting minutes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced MS Excel: Proficiency in formulas (VLOOKUP, IF statements), data sorting, and formatting.
- MS Word: Expert ability in document formatting, tables, and professional letter drafting.
- Typing Speed: High speed with 95% + accuracy (English and Tamil typing preferred).
- Language: Strong written and verbal communication in both Tamil and English.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in complex compliance documents or Customs paperwork.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a Textile manufacturing unit or an Export-Import firm.
- Basic understanding of GST or Customs documentation.
