Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in salon management, retail beauty sales, or a client-facing cosmetic role.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of beauty or hair care trends.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue: Drive targets for service packages, memberships, and retail hair/beauty care products.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate beauticians and stylists to improve client conversion rates.
- Operations: Handle daily scheduling, inventory restocking, billing systems, and vendor coordination.
- Client Relations: Manage feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
