Job Summary
A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and revenue by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, handling objections, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Explain products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasion and sales-closing abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
