Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial processes, along with good proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely posting of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, payment requests, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and ensure timely filing/payment.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Verify expenses, supporting documents, and accounting entries for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, MIS reporting, and other financial analysis as required.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other relevant regulations.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in handling complete accounting operations.
- Experience in audit coordination and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Candidates with experience in MIS reporting and month-end closing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
