Now, we’re looking for a Digital & Experiential Marketing Manager – someone who can lead digital campaigns, grow our agency’s presence online, bring in digital marketing and social media projects, and actively shape experiential campaigns from pitch to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Strategize and run result-oriented digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Lead content planning and creative direction for social media platforms.
- Craft campaign narratives, copy, and content calendars.
- Track KPIs, optimize performance, and grow brand visibility and client leads online.
2. Business Development
- Generate and convert leads for both digital marketing and experiential projects.
- Handle inbound queries, build proposals, present ideas, and close deals.
- Actively represent the agency to clients, partners, and collaborators.
3. Experiential Campaigns & Project Management
- Understand client briefs and ideate experiential solutions (interactive tech, installations, branded experiences).
- Manage internal teams to deliver immersive campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Play a key role in shaping how creative tech and storytelling come together.
4. Brand Communication & Thought Leadership
- Build Digital Jalebi’s positioning through strategic comms – blogs, award entries, PR stories, newsletters, etc.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and amplify the agency’s voice in the market.
5. Strategic & Creative Thinking
- Stay on top of trends in digital marketing, interactive tech, and experiential media.
- Bring original ideas, storytelling frameworks, and creative strategies to campaigns.

What You Should Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, client servicing, or brand communication.
- A track record of running campaigns and winning clients for digital services.
- Interest or experience in experiential marketing, tech-led campaigns, or creative installations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project ownership mindset – from planning to execution.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AR/VR, XR, installations, or immersive formats.
