### Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
2. Coordinating onboarding processes and maintaining employee and intern records.
3. Managing attendance, reporting, and HR-related documentation.
4. Supporting employee engagement and internal communication activities.
5. Assisting in performance tracking and evaluation processes.
6. Helping maintain discipline, workflow coordination, and HR operations within the organization.
7. Creating reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools.
### Candidate requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Excel Sheets, PowerPoint)
- Strong willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Serious attitude toward work, deadlines, and professional conduct
