Job Summary
Support the textile sales team with order coordination, buyer communication, production follow-up and documentation. Ensure accurate order tracking and timely communication between buyers, production teams and sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and confirm buyer purchase orders and enter them accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with the production planning team to confirm delivery dates.
- Follow up with production, dyeing and finishing departments on order status.
- Update buyers on dispatch status and share packing lists and invoices.
- Manage sample dispatch requests and approval tracking.
- Prepare order-wise MIS reports covering pending, dispatched and delivered orders.
- Handle buyer calls and emails promptly.
- Assist with export documentation such as packing lists and invoices when required.
Requirements
- Any Graduate; textile background preferred.
- 0–4 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
- Order tracking and coordination skills.
- Excel skills for order MIS and dispatch tracking.
- Buyer communication through email and phone.
- Knowledge of textile production flow preferred.
- Documentation skills, including invoices and packing lists.
- Tamil and English communication skills.
Pay: ₹16,700.00 - ₹26,700.00 per month
