Overview:
The Communication and Design Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive communication
development, social media graphics and short form video creation and other branding materials for brand
management of iVolunteer.in. This role involves creating and managing the seamless execution of the
communication strategies for social media and content-related activities. The Coordinator will work closely
with the team to maximise online brand presence and recognition of iVolunteer.in.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Communication and Documentation - maintaining the Comms tracker and
developing appropriate social media posts, emailers, reels and other creatives while
adhering to the brand guidelines.
2. Event Management - Supporting the Marketing team for the successful execution of
the flagship event of iVolunteer Awards and other events - From Communications
management to actual event execution. This task involves coordinating the
operations related to communication with vendors, applicants and other
stakeholders including stage and venue management.
3. Ad Campapaigns Management - Designing and managing the social media creatives
and visuals including presentations and videos for various events and website
4. Vendor and Agency Coordination and Management - Coordinating with various
agencies and vendors for materials and creatives, working with the team for
seamless execution
Skills and Qualifications:
● 0-2 years of experience in communication, visual design and social media management
● Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, Figma, MS Office and Google Suite
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
