Job Responsibilities
- Supervise modular interior projects at site from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
- Ensure installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other furniture as per approved drawings.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed without defects.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure proper material handling and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update the project team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in modular furniture or interior site supervision.
- Good knowledge of modular furniture installation processes.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and layout plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
