6-8 years in ONCOLOGY with a proven record of sales performance, in-depth Knowledge of the territory, connect with key Customers, market scenario, usage channels, competitor landscape, Handling a team of minimum 2-3 members and achieving business targets by maintaining and expanding customer base; Established track record in effective leadership talents which includes people development.
REGIONAL COVERAGE
Delhi based RBM will be accountable for Delhi & Uttar Pradesh region
Chennai based RBM will be accountable Tamil Nadu region.
EDUCATION
Preferably Science Graduate

9-10 Lakhs/annum
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and monitoring the work of the reporting BDM and motivating the team and team management and ensure coverage of all the target customers.
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; handling distributors; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling Customer related expenditures;
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and implementation at the team level.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counselling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Efficient management of distribution by ensuring availability of all brand SKU’s, ensuring payment, settlement of claims, selection of right distributor.
