Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
- Source and identify suitable suppliers for raw materials, consumables, engineering spares, and services.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and perform comparative analysis.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and commercial conditions within the approved authority limits.
- Coordinate with production, stores, planning, quality, and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
- Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and GRNs for payment processing.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Any Degree
- 2–4 years’ experience in rubber industry
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge in SAP Mandatory
