Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our bakery products to B2B clients including cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, and retailers.
The role involves field sales, order generation, deliveries coordination, client relationship management, and timely cash collection.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales by onboarding new B2B customers (cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.)
Manage and grow sales from existing B2B clients
Promote bakery products like cream buns, cakes, and new launches
Take orders regularly and coordinate with the production team
Ensure timely delivery of products to all clients
Handle cash collection and payment follow-ups
Maintain basic records of sales, deliveries, and collections
Build strong customer relationships and handle feedback
Support local marketing activities and product promotions
Submit daily/weekly sales and collection reports
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws at all times.
- Plan routes and manage time to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of trips, fuel, and vehicle maintenance.
- Provide friendly and professional service to clients.
- Handle emergencies, breakdowns, or adverse conditions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Valid vehicle driver’s license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving heavy vehicles.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
- Basic maintenance skills for handling minor vehicle issues.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
