Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our presence in the entrance automation market. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Conduct in-house and field sales meetings to present our gate automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain ongoing client communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automation or related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
