Role Summary
We're looking for a Creative Director who can see the bigger picture. Someone who understands brands, culture, design, storytelling and people and knows how to bring them together into work that feels meaningful.
What You'll Do
- Lead creative direction across client brands and agency initiatives.
- Translate strategy into compelling creative concepts and campaigns.
- Mentor designers, writers and creative talent.
- Guide brand identities, visual systems and storytelling frameworks.
- Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure creative excellence across all deliverables.
- Build creative processes that encourage experimentation and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in branding, advertising, design, content or creative leadership.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand-building and campaign work.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, design, content and culture.
- Ability to connect business objectives with creative thinking.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Someone who is equally comfortable discussing strategy, design, storytelling and community.
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked with food, hospitality, FMCG, lifestyle or culture-led brands.
- Have experience building brands from the ground up.
- Understand community-building and how culture influences consumer behaviour.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
