Job Summary
Technoheaven Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Administrator / System & IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the company's complete IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in computer hardware, software, networking, data backup, and IT security while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and application software.
- Manage all company software and provide technical support to users.
- Perform regular data backup and recovery to ensure data security.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, email, and network issues.
- Install and manage antivirus software and implement system security best practices.
- Maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and office IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with software vendors and external service providers.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all office computers and IT systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
