Role Description This is a full-time, work-from-home role for a Business Development Associate focused on the ANZ and UK markets. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and nurture leads across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom through outbound and inbound channels. You will conduct market research to understand customer segments, competitor offerings, and local trends, and use these insights to refine outreach strategies. Day-to-day, you will engage prospective learners and families via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, deliver compelling presentations about Bhanzu’s programs, and guide prospects through the enrollment process. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve conversion, track performance metrics, and contribute feedback that supports product and growth initiatives in your markets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English suitable for ANZ and UK audiences.
- Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting, with experience managing pipelines and using CRM or sales tools.
- Market research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the ANZ and UK markets.
- Effective presentation skills and experience delivering virtual presentations or demos to individuals and groups.
- Ability to build relationships, handle objections, and close enrollments in a consultative, learner-focused manner.
- Comfort working in a remote, target-driven environment with strong ownership and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in EdTech, B2C sales, or international business development is an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
