Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor daily HVAC site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at project sites.
* Ensure proper use of PPE by workers and subcontractors.
* Identify hazardous conditions and implement corrective actions.
* Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training.
* Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, permits, and checklists.
* Monitor work permits such as hot work, height work, confined space, and electrical permits.
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
* Ensure compliance with OSHA, EHS, and client safety requirements.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on safety matters.
* Maintain emergency response plans and first aid arrangements.
* Monitor lifting operations, scaffolding, and equipment safety during HVAC works.
* Ensure safe testing and commissioning practices for HVAC systems.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of construction and HVAC site safety.
* Understanding of EHS regulations and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
