Position Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced team member to execute the data analysis and field-testing teams within Mahindra Teqo. We are looking for a candidate, who has deep appreciation of new technological developments, apart from working in teams and managing complex situations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of running being involved in large team, have a deep understanding of Solar PV domain, demonstrated results and should have a flair for technology and new innovations.
The team member will serve as the driver to deliver maximum asset performance to the end customer.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Process
- Field Testing – Thermography, IV Curve tracing, Power Quality Analysis, EL Test, Flash test and all other Solar domain tests.
- Identification, Prioritization & Selection of Key Business Initiatives for Improvement
- Team training, handling and process improvements
- Driving the organization wide automation of reports and KPIs
- Wind Power curve analysis, Wind Resource estimation, Blade repairs, and Analytics
- Remote monitoring of 100% of the plants
- Benchmarking of Vendor performance – Service and Equipment OEMs on Technical grounds
- Partnerships with Vendors / sub-contractors / OEMs for offerings
- SME for the Solar and Wind software development
- Preparations of Technical papers, Design of experiments and Patent applications for Plant performance analysis
2. Innovation
- Global innovations and their adapatability for the O&M SBU
- Prepare business case to push ideas into implementation
- Institutionalise the adoption across Sites
3. Organization Capability
- Driving people engegement through various initiatives in the organization
- Imparting awareness training for benefits of the change
- Develop e – learning tools
- Prepare monthly newsletter to share latest advances and organisation news
Experience :
10 + Years of Experience (Min. 3 Years in Renewable Energy i.e. Solar and Wind domains)
Exposure to Technology / Energy / IT / Change Management preferable
Experience in Start-Ups and / or Driving technology preferable
Exposure to working across geographically spread teams including International locations preferable
Education Qualification / Additional Certifications :
B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical Engg / Electronics Engg)
MBA (Operations) preferable
