Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Relationship Manager to independently lead and manage strategic enterprise client relationships for a technology product organization.The role involves owning key enterprise accounts, driving product adoption across client organizations, ensuring customer success, and building long-term strategic partnerships with CXO-level stakeholders.The individual will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring maximum value realization from the product ecosystem while driving retention, expansion, and strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Independently own and manage enterprise client relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact between enterprise clients and internal leadership teams.
Drive adoption, engagement, and long-term success of the product within client organizations.
Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships as a trusted strategic advisor.
Conduct regular business reviews, value realization sessions, and executive-level presentations.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts.- Handle escalations and ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure client success.
Gather client feedback and translate insights into product and experience improvements.- Represent the organization in high-level enterprise discussions, negotiations, and strategic engagements.
Develop and execute long-term account strategies focused on retention, expansion, and partnership growth.
Key Requirements
15–20 years of experience in Enterprise Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or SaaS Customer Success.
Strong experience managing enterprise SaaS or technology product clients.
Proven ability to independently manage CXO-level stakeholder relationships.
