Job Title: Back Office Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate with various departments to support operational activities.
- Handle filing, scanning, and document management tasks.
- Monitor and process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
- Assist in inventory management and record keeping.
- Respond to internal queries and provide administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other back-office and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or back-office role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software.
- Basic understanding of office administration and documentation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: 10 k to 12 k as per the knowledge and experience.
