Job Description
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-first approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Design, Content, and Paid Media teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Manage multiple accounts and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct regular client calls and meetings to discuss campaign progress and requirements.
- Share updates, reports, and recommendations with clients proactively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain meeting notes, project trackers, and communication records.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
