Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Data Coordinator to join our Fintech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily reporting, streamlining lead distribution, and ensuring smooth coordination of loan applications within our digital lending framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & MIS Management: Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports to track business performance accurately.
- Lead Allocation: Efficiently distribute daily sales leads to the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Invoicing & Collections: Manage the invoicing process and conduct regular follow-ups for outstanding payments.
- Loan Operations: Coordinate the submission and processing of loan cases, ensuring all documentation is complete and sent for approval.
- Credit Support: Apply a basic understanding of credit and digital lending principles to assist in the loan lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between the sales, credit, and backend teams to ensure seamless operations.Managing Telesales: Coordinate with Telesales team.
Candidate Requirements
- Location: The candidate must reside in Pincode 400101 or the immediate vicinity of Malad/Kandivali East for easy commuting.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Education: Minimum Qualification: Graduate. (MBA candidates are preferred).
- Aptitude: A proactive individual with a basic grasp of digital lending workflows and credit processes. Expert with Ms-Office.
