Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has prior experience in building materials sales and is capable of generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and comfortable meeting clients regularly across Mumbai. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
A Typical Week in the Life of a Business Development Manager
- Cold calling potential clients to introduce company products and services
- Identifying and developing new clients (contractors, builders, retailers, project managers, etc.)
- Planning and conducting client visits across Mumbai
- Scheduling meetings and presenting company offerings
- Generating enquiries and converting them into confirmed orders
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business
- Coordinating with internal team for smooth order processing and delivery
- Tracking market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
What Should You Be Good At?

Eligibility Criteria
