We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee project activities from order confirmation to final handover.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, engineering, installation, and service teams.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage project budgets, materials, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct site visits and monitor installation quality and safety compliance.
- Communicate project updates to customers and management.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and completed.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Lead project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- 3–7 years of project management experience.
- Experience in LED Display, AV Solutions, Digital Signage, Electrical, Electronics, or IT projects is preferred.
