Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, API testing, cloud-based applications, and CI/CD integration. You will be responsible for designing scalable automation frameworks, ensuring software quality, and collaborating closely with development teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Develop automated test suites for web applications, APIs, backend services, and integrations.
- Create and execute REST and GraphQL API automation tests.
- Perform UI, API, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End testing.
- Validate applications built using .NET Core, ReactJS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
- Perform database validation using Azure SQL Database or SQL Server.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
- Support QA, UAT, production releases, and post-production validation activities.
- Leverage AI-powered quality engineering tools to improve automation, debugging, and testing productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
- Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-level automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Experience with REST and GraphQL API testing and automation.
- Strong knowledge of testing .NET Core and ReactJS applications.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Azure SQL Database, and SQL Server.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered quality engineering tools to improve test automation and productivity.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
