We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for attendance, payroll support, salary preparation, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain attendance records
- Assist in payroll and salary preparation
- Update employee records
- Prepare reports as required
- Coordinate with employees for data collection
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel and MS Word knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
