Vishri Dynamics is hiring freelance Civil Design Engineers to work remotely on residential design projects — 2D/3D floor plans, structural design, and electrical/plumbing layouts. This is project-based freelance work with payment per completed project.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D floor plans and 3D floor plan visualizations per client requirements
- Design structural layouts (column, beam, footing, RCC detailing)
- Prepare electrical and plumbing layout drawings
- Deliver work within agreed timelines with regular progress updates
- Coordinate directly with Vishri Dynamics on revisions
Requirements:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering (Diploma/B.E.) — degree must be completed, not pursuing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in floor planning/structural/MEP design
- Must NOT be currently employed full-time elsewhere — this should be your primary active work, not a side project
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); STAAD Pro or similar structural software preferred
- Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Reliable internet access and ability to commit to project deadlines with regular check-ins
- Portfolio of past floor plan/structural work required
