Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of video editing software and camera handling, along with a strong interest in creating engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit video content using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro
* Trim footage and assemble raw material into engaging videos
* Sync audio and video, apply basic colour correction, transitions, and effects
* Organize and maintain project files and media assets
* Assist with camera operations during indoor and outdoor shoots, including setup, framing, exposure, and focus
* Export videos in the required formats while maintaining high technical quality
* Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing, branding, and social media content
* Ensure proper handling and maintenance of cameras and related equipment
Requirements
* Basic proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro
* Tamil fluency is mandatory
* Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and editing workflows
* Basic understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless camera handling
* A portfolio or sample reel showcasing editing work
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to take feedback positively and work collaboratively
* Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and media production
Preferred Qualifications
* Candidates with minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience
* Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an added advantage
* Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms is preferred
