Job Description
As a BPO Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs. You will be based in Coimbatore and work full time in the office. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and offers opportunities for growth and learning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Responding to Customer Queries:** Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.
- **Problem-Solving:** Identify and resolve customer issues by listening carefully and providing appropriate solutions, while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system for future reference and to help improve services.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback after interactions to identify areas for improvement and communicate these insights to management.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
