We are currently seeking a seasoned, high- impact Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Tirunelveli. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth, tasked with identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier tech talent.
Role Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our IT and Corporate roles, you will develop targeted sourcing strategies, streamline the candidate experience, and act as an employer brand ambassador for Thanas Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. Utilize job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social recruiting, and passive outreach techniques to attract active and passive IT talent.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough initial screenings, behavioral assessments, and preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate technical aptitude, culture fit, and organizational alignment.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle—from candidate shortlisting and interview coordination to offer negotiation, rollout, and successful closure.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Act as a strategic consultant and primary point of contact for new hires. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience to ensure rapid integration and high employee retention.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of proven, progressive experience as an HR Recruiter, ideally within the IT/Technology sector.
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in advanced talent sourcing methodologies, including Boolean searches, resume database mining.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical candidates and senior leadership.
- Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with a knack for quickly assessing candidate viability and making data-driven hiring recommendations.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
