Sree Bala Agro is looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and export teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
