Senior System Engineer – VMware, Storage & Microsoft Server

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Engineer with strong expertise in VMware, Storage technologies, and Microsoft Windows Server administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across systems.
? Administer and manage VMware infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
? Handle virtual machine provisioning, configuration, and performance tuning
? Manage and troubleshoot enterprise storage systems (SAN, NAS, RAID)
? Administer Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)
? Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
? Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
? Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations
? Troubleshoot server, virtualization, and storage-related issues
? Implement security best practices and system patching
? Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
✔️ 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure / system administration
✔️ Strong hands-on experience in VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
✔️ Expertise in storage technologies (SAN, NAS, LUN, RAID, Backup solutions)
✔️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration
✔️ Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
✔️ Good understanding of networking fundamentals
✔️ Experience in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
✔️ Knowledge of backup tools and disaster recovery planning
VMware Certification (VCP or equivalent)- Microsoft Certifications (MCSA / Azure / Windows Server)
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is an added advantage
