Aveti Learning is looking for a responsible and energetic Tuition Centre Manager to manage day-to-day operations at our offline tuition centre near M74- KV-2, CRPF Campus, Baramunda.

Location: Aveti Learning Centre, M-74, near KV-2, CRPF Campus, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar
Mode: Offline / Centre-based role
Timing: Afternoon to evening shift
Who Can Apply
- Must be based in Bhubaneswar or nearby
- Graduate in any stream; MBA/BBA preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in centre management, school/tuition operations, sales, counselling, or administration
- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online forms
- Should be confident in talking to parents, teachers, and students
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Aveti Tuition Centre
- Handle student enquiries, parent calls, walk-ins, and admissions follow-up
- Explain courses, fees, class schedule, and Aveti’s learning approach to parents
- Maintain student attendance, fee records, admission data, and enquiry tracker
- Coordinate with teachers for class timing, demo classes, tests, and student progress
- Support parent communication and share regular updates
- Ensure classroom discipline, cleanliness, and smooth centre functioning
- Follow up with leads and help increase student admissions
- Support local promotion activities near schools, apartments, and communities
