Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom enhancements and reports within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and performance optimization techniques related to SAP HANA.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and tools to manage software delivery.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions to connect SAP with other enterprise systems.
