SuryaPrabha Solar is a growing solar energy company committed to providing sustainable and innovative solar solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented In-house sales executive to join our team. Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred, but candidates from related industries with a proven sales background are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Generate quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and existing customers.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in in-house sales, tele-sales, or customer sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of solar products and renewable energy is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
