Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of HR technology and data solutions that support business priorities and enhance employee experience. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, effective solution architectures. Develop and maintain architecture frameworks for core HR systems including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement platforms. Support transformation initiatives by aligning HR technology capabilities with evolving business needs and operational goals. Ensure integration of HR systems with enterprise platforms, maintaining data consistency, security, and compliance. Provide technical leadership to HR solution teams, guiding design decisions, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards. Partner with IT, data, and compliance teams to ensure HR solutions meet governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Stay informed on HR technology trends and tools, evaluating their relevance and potential impact on solution design. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
