Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Lounge Supervisor to join our premium lounge operations at Mumbai Central Railway Station.
Position:-Lounge Supervisor
Location:-Mumbai Central Railway Station, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the lounge and ensure seamless guest service.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the lounge team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and support teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, shift schedules, and daily performance.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with management.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality background preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, lounges, hotels, airports, railway lounges, or premium customer service operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-handling role is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
