Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Manage employee exit procedures, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data systems.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
- Track performance review schedules and documentation.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Track employee training participation and effectiveness.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist functions.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
