Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance while ensuring accuracy and adherence to Saudi regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Saudi VAT, ZATCA, financial reporting, and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies.
- Assist with financial reporting and management reports.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT, ZATCA, and tax regulations.
- Prepare and file VAT returns through the ZATCA portal.
- Maintain compliance with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
- Coordinate tax audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Stay updated with changes in Saudi financial and tax regulations.
Financial Operations
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Support inventory accounting and cost control processes.
- Coordinate with banks and external auditors.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.
Coordination & Support
- Support the Finance Manager in financial planning and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and reporting.
- Provide accurate financial information to management for decision-making.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Mandatory).
- Professional accounting qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–7 years of accounting experience.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia or any Middle East (GCC) country is mandatory.
