Job Description : Executive – People & Operations
Role Purpose
The Executive – People & Operations will be responsible for supporting both employee-related and operational activities across all business locations. The role will act as a key coordination point between employees, store teams, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, adequate staffing, employee engagement, and operational consistency.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling recruitment, employee administration, store visits, operational coordination, and follow-ups while working in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Support hiring requirements across locations.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Support offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring status updates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
Attendance, Leave & Rosters
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate weekly shift rosters and staffing schedules.
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage across all locations.
- Coordinate with store teams and management regarding manpower requirements.
Store Visits & Audits
- Conduct regular visits to all store/booth locations based on business and staffing requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, conduct, and customer interactions.
- Verify adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
- Identify employee concerns, training requirements, and operational issues.
- Share observations and recommendations with management.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Follow up on operational requirements and support requests.
- Assist in tracking store readiness, supplies, and operational needs.
- Escalate issues impacting employee productivity or store performance.
- Support implementation of operational processes and improvements.
Training Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding and operational training for new employees.
- Track training completion and employee readiness.
- Work with trainers, team leads, and management to ensure training effectiveness.
- Maintain training and assessment records.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain employee, recruitment, attendance, and training trackers.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure employee information and records remain accurate and updated.
- Support documentation required for payroll and compliance processes.
Desired Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, operations coordination, administration, retail, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable visiting multiple locations and interacting with employees.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
