Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Maintain and update customer records, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM or MIS.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, telesales, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹11,454.14 - ₹25,262.22 per month
