Job Summary:
The Voice and Accent Trainer is responsible for training employees to communicate effectively in English by improving pronunciation, grammar, intonation, stress, rhythm, and overall speaking confidence. The trainer conducts assessments, develops training programs, and provides coaching to help learners meet organizational communication standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct voice and accent training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
- Assess participants' communication skills and identify improvement areas.
- Train learners on pronunciation, articulation, intonation, stress, rhythm, and neutral accent techniques.
- Improve spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and listening skills.
- Deliver modules on customer service communication, telephone etiquette, and business communication.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback.
- Monitor trainee progress through assessments and performance evaluations.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and learning activities.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address communication-related performance gaps.
- Maintain training records and submit reports on trainee performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of phonetics, accent neutralization, and communication techniques.
- Prior experience in voice and accent training, learning & development, or BPO training is preferred.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and call center communication is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:
- 1–5+ years of experience in voice and accent training, corporate training, or BPO operations.
- Experience with American, British, Australian, or international English communication standards is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
