We are Looking for a qualified and motivated Electrical Engineer with experience in HVAC projects to join our team in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for the design, execution, coordination, and maintenance of electrical systems associated with HVAC installations. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review electrical systems supporting HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and associated control panels.
- Prepare and verify electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and single-line diagrams.
- Develop and review electrical drawings, including power layouts, cable routing plans, earthing layouts, and panel schedules.
- Coordinate with HVAC, mechanical, and civil teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within project requirements.
- Monitor site activities and ensure installations are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical installations and support commissioning activities.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare technical documents such as BOQs, material requisitions, technical specifications, and progress reports.
- Support procurement activities by evaluating technical offers and coordinating with vendors for electrical equipment and materials.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, and company procedures.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues during installation and commissioning phases.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in electrical systems related to HVAC projects, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects.
- Sound knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, motors, and HVAC controls.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant electrical design software.
- Familiarity with electrical standards, safety regulations, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of testing, commissioning, and maintenance procedures for HVAC electrical systems.
