We are seeking a dynamic and refined Retail Sales Manager to lead our Chennai boutique, ensuring excellence in sales performance, client relationships, and luxury service standards.
Job Description
The Retail Sales Manager will oversee complete boutique operations, leading a team of 11 Sales Consultants and 2 Cashiers. The role demands strong leadership, sales acumen, luxury client handling expertise, and operational excellence while upholding the prestige and legacy of the brand.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly and annual revenue targets
- Monitor conversion ratios, average bill value, and productivity metrics
- Strategize sales during bridal seasons, exhibitions, and festive launches
- Ensure premium upselling and cross-selling standards
- Lead, mentor, and inspire 11 Sales Consultants and 2 Cashiers
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
- Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards
- Build a high-performance sales culture
- Deliver personalized and memorable luxury shopping experiences
- Build strong relationships with HNI and bridal clientele
- Handle escalations with professionalism and brand sensitivity
- Strengthen client retention and repeat business
- Oversee billing accuracy and cash management
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and shrinkage control
- Maintain visual merchandising aligned with brand aesthetics
- Ensure boutique ambiance reflects luxury positioning
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with corporate and Jaipur head office for launches and planning
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in luxury jewellery / designer fashion retail
- Proven experience handling a team of 10+ members
- Strong exposure to bridal and HNI clientele
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Passion for heritage jewellery and designer fashion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
