About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our UK customer support and sales team for 360 Auto Eye, a UK-based automotive diagnostic solutions business. The role involves interacting with customers across the UK, assisting them with enquiries, and promoting vehicle and tyre scanners.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK.
Attend inbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain customer records and follow up on prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or sales (Freshers can apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable speaking with UK customers.
Confident, interactive, and customer-focused personality.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM knowledge is an advantage).
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
Experience in international voice process or UK process.
Sales or customer support background.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
