The Role
We need a detail-oriented Accountant who can wear two hats: managing the books and overseeing procurement. You will play a vital role in keeping our operations lean and efficient across both our India and UAE offices, ensuring our projects stay on budget and our suppliers are well-managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting: Manage daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking for both the India and UAE entities.
- Procurement: Source and negotiate with vendors for technical equipment (CCTV, cables, etc.) and fit-out materials.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial records meet local tax and regulatory requirements in both jurisdictions.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow projections.
- Liaison: Coordinate with the Kerala-based field team and the UAE office for seamless financial operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven background in accounting (familiarity with UAE VAT or Indian GST is a major advantage).
- Procurement Skills: Experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing supply chains.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Multitasking: The ability to handle cross-border financial tasks and differing time zones.
Compensation
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualification.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
