We are looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic / Beauty Technician to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced skin, body, and aesthetic treatments to clients, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of medical-aesthetic devices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skin and beauty goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Treatments: Perform a variety of non-invasive aesthetic procedures including, but not limited to, laser hair reduction, chemical peels, hydrafacials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and body contouring treatments.
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to understand client concerns, medical history, and goals; recommend customized treatment plans.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols for all clinical equipment, treatment rooms, and tools in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Aftercare Guidance: Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients to ensure optimal results and safety.
- Product Knowledge & Sales: Educate clients on clinical skincare products and cross-sell appropriate home-care regimens to complement their treatments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential digital client records, treatment logs, and progress photographs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Medical Aesthetics, or a related field (Nursing or Dermatology assistant backgrounds are highly valued).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience working as an aesthetic technician or therapist in a reputed aesthetic clinic or medical spa.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating advanced aesthetic machinery and laser technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a professional manner, empathy, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision, safety, and delivering high-quality client care.
