Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience to create visually engaging content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with D2C brands, be proficient in AI-powered creative tools, and possess excellent video editing and animation skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms.
· Create promotional videos, social media reels, advertisements, explainer videos, and corporate presentations.
· Edit raw footage with animations, graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music.
· Develop animated logos, title sequences, lower thirds, and visual assets.
· Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams.
· Ensure outputs align with brand guidelines.
· Stay updated with animation trends and AI creative tools.
· Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Coordinate with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
· Maintain an organized library of project files and digital assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· 3–4 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, and Video Editing.
· Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
· Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools.
· Experience with D2C brands is mandatory.
· Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and storytelling.
· Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Candidates with experience in the FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care industry will be preferred.
· Knowledge of current social media content trends and short-form video formats is an added advantage.
